Malleable
Malleable
Definition:
* able to be hammered pressed into shape without breaking or cracking.
Malleable in carbon is a non =metallic compound, whose crystal structure is such that is not conductive to malleability. Ductile means "can be puled into wire", like copper or gold. Diamond is 3D cross-linked solid that is intractable. Graphite occurs as 2D sheets if hexagons of atoms.
